The online competition is the only thing amzn really has not delt with. Anyone can do this. Compare as many items you want, and you will find amzn always come up short. My wife wants Monica's Story, I looked at amzn $17.47 and usually ships in 24 hrs, Barnesandnoble.com $17.46 guaranteed within 24. So I thought B&N has slight advantage. Buy.com $11.98. AMZN will not capture their growth estimates of ne customers. Their is no reason to pay nearly 6 bucks more, because buying at amzn was faddish. This competition is going to get real ugly
