16:52 ET Sun Microsystems Reaction Prices vs 4 pm ET close -- SUNW +0.30 responding favorably to what amounts to a reiteration of guidance; CSCO +0.10 also modestly higher; separately, INTC -0.10 off its worst levels of the late session following its updated guidance after the close. 16:45 ET SUNW Sun Microsystems updates guidance (8.83 -0.20) -- Update -- During their conference call, the co reiterated that Q3 rev would be "slightly" above Q2, and that they are still targeting Q4 for their return to profitability.
