Hard for me to "invest" these days as the markets appear to be nearly fully valued having turned a blind eye on the unthinkable. Seems to me that both Musharraf and Qaddafi capitulated to US pressure having feared a nuclear event that could be traced to their dissemination of nuclear information/material. The world is awash with weapons grade uranium. There used to be news of stings of bomb grade material; but even that information has been hushed. Prefer to scalp and stay very liquid until the next event.
