Mich,

Now with CSRV at 24.95 unlimited (at least in the States) will you
consider switching to the more reliable service with a more
sophisticated subscriber base permanently and cancelling your AOL
acount? You are probabbly paying more for both accounts as it is.
I think CSRV should have moved with this step long ago.

I have become convinced after reading online/internet analysts opinions that firms only let their "flunkies" work in this segment. I mean, some analysts are actually saying that CSRV can't compete with
this price. Really, previously unlimited access on CSRV was over
$400/month yet average revenue per subscriber was $14.50 or so/month.
In fact, I think if they "automatically" converted everyone to this
flat pricing, they would lose less than 25% of their subscriber base
thereby sharply increasing interactive services revenue. Of course,
if people called up and complained then they could give them the
old rate.

Joe

P.S. Are there any long term holders of CSRV stock? The CSRV thread
is dead. If you are out there, then let us start a discussion.
