The main asset THQ has is Brian Farrell and his unique business model. I can't see him working for anyone else, and I can't see anyone wanting THQ without him. Maybe he'd work for ERTS or someone if they paid a zillion for THQ.

I don't think you can accurately assume any person will stay with a company forever. There are things that happen to all of us that are beyond our control and require us to make career changes. It is always a possibility that one person leaves, dies, becomes ill, or takes on new responsibilities but has hired others and taught them skills that can be equally beneficial to a firm.

For now you can be happy that you have a winner here and you that know why you bought THQI and make your decisions to sell if that reason is no longer valid.
