207.183.153.73 - also with Win95 you can go to Keyboard Properties, under "My Computer" I think???, and select language options, mine can even do Cyrillic [Russian]. I have Spanish-Mexican and English-United States down in the bottom bar, right hand corner, by the clock. It's quite a different keyboard, though, and quite confusing changing back and forth, so lately I mostly just use Jeffrey's <alt> symbols, unless I'm writing pure Spanish.
