I can't believe nobody corrected me! By the way, I think you could buy Farrel for a bit less than $150 million, which would be the goodwill generated on a buy-out at these levels. Unless you can tag the goodwill to intangibles other than "Farrel's such a sweetheart," (and excluding the distribution channels which a potential buyer already has in place) it's impossible to make a rational case for a buy out here. Let alone for buying the stock in the first place.
