That's only Patriot Act II and III

The strategy has been to bring up even more vicious legislation, so that the currently vicious legislation wouldn't be overturned.

Hopefully it'll backfire, and instead get people informed and motivated to contact their spineless representatives to cut back on gov't's fascist trends.
