There is a lot of potential here as the company has managed to muddle through several years of the startup grind in the World Automotive to get to be a Tier 1 supplier. They are doing transmission and torque converter parts for GM, gears for Eaton (..who makes gearboxes for everyone including big trucks..), axles and parts for American Axle as I recall, and they are or will be putting super high-quality threads on oil well drilling pipe that avoid dowh-hole separations (..a royal pain in the tush if you're a driller or platform operator..). The technology is patented and a competitor would face the same multi-year uphill grind with the Big 3, major truck buildiers, or Honda, Toyota, BMW & Porsche who are now building cars in the USA. Seems to be a cheap 'collect & keeper' for the Tomorrow File; while the flippers and P&Drs continue to muck about.... .
