For the SSG software try researchmag.com. You will be able to access NAIC's web page. I know NAIC has a site on compuserve, from which (I believe) you can order the software. I use the MAC version, and I know the have DOS and windows versions. Or you can call NAIC at 313 543-0612.

Since my last post to you, First Call has updated their earnings estimates. They now estimate $5.21 (vs. $4.77) for '96 and $6.68 (+28%) for '97. Using a more conservative +19% annual growth results in a $12.43 EPS in 2001. At Friday's 105 price that works out to be a 4.5 risk/reward ratio, figuring an average PE of 15 with 20 as the high and 10 as the low.

I cannot disagree that in the short run INTC is vulnerable to a sell-off. With prop. 211 curtailing guidance from the company making the situation worse. I am also concerned that the $6.68 number for 1997 seems awfully high this early on. With the PC market growing 15%-20% per year, it's hard to see INTC beating the market by such a wide margin IMHO(even though they would be up 32% if they make the $5.21 number.)

Let me know if you have any problems getting the software.
