I view this "limited condition transaction" Revolver draw as the 1st of many to come forks in the road.

I did expect the Revolver to be drawn down.

Given at least 6 legal/consulting teams...

I'd be surprised if we have a restructure complete before year end.
I'll be surprised if we have a restructure in place end of Q1 2026.

There are simply too many moving parts.
IMO
There is likely to be at least 1 hard nosed holdout.

I will continue to watch the show.
For better or worse I will continue to hold the Preferred I own.

I am not looking for Zebras.

There is a rabbit in the hat
THEN
The Common survives.

I do not see the Common shareholders having a "White Knight"
