Comanche Tribal Council Approves Agreement With Advanced Gaming Technology, Inc.

(OTC: AGTI) is pleased to announce that the Comanche Indian Tribe of Lawton, Oklahoma has approved the previously announced gaming agreement between AGTI and the tribe (see press release dated January 16, 1996). The Tribal Chairman is authorized to execute that agreement on behalf of the Comanches and to submit the agreement to the Native Indian Gaming Association Commission for its review and approval. The agreement provides for Advanced Gaming to receive 30% and the Comanche Indian Tribe to receive 70% of the net income from a 30,000 square foot Class II gaming/entertainment complex. The Comanche Entertainment and Cultural Center will serve as a show place for the latest innovations in gaming technology, offer high stakes bingo, pull tab and other legal Class II games. The facility will feature dining services and a Comanche Nation Museum and Cultural Center. The Company is looking forward to working with the Comanche Indian Tribe on this exciting project.
