We seem to be of one mind on this. See exchange2000.com

One thing to note here. The 50 dma will continue to inch up even
if AOL falls. We are soon to lose some low trading days from
the 50 dma i.e. those 40-50 days ago. This means that AOL will
have to make a sharp move upward to avoid its 50 dma.

Note: I think the 50 dma as opposed to the 37 dma or 64 dma is
just bunk (numerology). The salient issue is that people believe
it and trade based on it.
