10:35 ET Sector Watch: Storage : Impressive early action in the sector. Pacing the move is StorageNetworks (STOR 19.90 +1.88, +10%); positive momentum in shares sustained by another round of favorable comments by analysts. Also moving in the sector are QLGC (+3%) and BRCD (+4%).

10:31 ET Gilder Report : -- Update -- Those eagerly awaiting the Gilder Report will be disappointed to find that there were no new stocks added to the Gilder list of favorites trading floor sources telling us.

10:16 ET A Quarter or Half : Based on today's economic data, Lehman is saying that there is now a chance the Fed reduces rates by 25 basis points next week; however, firm maintaining its view that the Fed will move 50 bp.

10:09 ET Fed Policy : Bond market getting killed in recent action after the Michigan Sentiment data; probability of a 50 bp Fed cut next Tuesday -- which had been seen at close to 100% -- is now closer to 80%. Market still sees 25 bp cut as a sure thing. Reduced chance of 50 bp cut weighing on stocks.
