Had Iraq offered "all" its WMD there would have been no need for Resolution 1441. Had Iraq promptly offered "all" its WMD after Resolution 1441 was unanimously approved, this thread wouldn't even exist since the issue of Iraq's WMD would have become moot. Unfortunately, since SH has made these series of decisions we will see bloodshed followed by the elimination of Iraq's WMD.
