I believe that I put on a post about my disagreements with the sanctions. If not, here is my official pronouncement: the sanctions are ineffective against a cad like Saddam, and should be lifted.... I am a neoconservative. We have been critical of China policy at least since the Bush administration.... I didn't see the news item, so I can't comment on the circumstances...
