Hi David- <<I don't think we're going to see any upgrades until VVUS gets MCA approval of the second factory, expected mid-Feb.>> This is the second time I've heard this and I think it is in error. It's very important to correct this so that expectations are not disappointed. What will hapen in mid-February is that Vivus will file the letter addressing the concerns expressed by MCA after their previous visit. This will also be the case with the FDA papers. Whereas MCA will probably not have to visit the plant again, and approval is quite likely, the time frame on this expected approval after filing was explicitly avoided by Wilson when this question was raised. He didn't want to give a time frame. I personally wouldn't be surprised if approval didn't take until at least late March. Corrections welcomed. I'll hopefully get a chane to listen to the replay.
