My vote will be NO.I will also attend the stockholders meeting and will give some of my own thoughts.Your friend is wrong for voting yes. Zucco as dumb as he may appear is obviously not dumb.Perhaps he knows that the proposal will be turned down where- by Intel would raise the offer and very well induce others to make offers for shva as well.Even Intel don't have 180Mill to just dump for nothing. Maybe that I am not as money hungry as others,but I prefer to lose all than to sell out.Zucco has lied about Europe,and many other things.How did shva beat earnings last quarter by 0.4 cents ?Was the books doctored up? They will have to answer, I will see to that. Regards Gabor
