I am sure that there would be an investor uprising along with a class action suit demanding an accounting of the shares currently owned by management, when and how acquired, issues regarding trading, etc.

What would be the basis of a lawsuit? Don changed his mind?

we haven't lost any business.

The biggest single contribution to revenue was continually stated to be MCI conferencing, which IR clearly projected as starting in January, and 4 time the ATT volume. This single customer would have been huge. While IR is stating it is delayed, please note it has not been signed and now the story is a ramp up by the end of the year. Hope so.

Expenditures have to start coming down and revenues should begin to increase.

Not likely. But I will be pleased if expeditures increase at a much slower pace than revenues.

Give your vote to John Baker who lives in the area and he can vote your shares.

I do not question Johns integrity. But each investor can vote on the issues individually. I suggest when we receive the proxy we discuss the issues here in open forum. Then individuals can exercise their will in unison without giving up their right to vote.
