when is the vote going to take place ??? What is the percentage needed to pass ... If they vote it down, Shiva is certainly going down temporarily (at east) because the arbitragers have no choice but to exit because they want the sure thing between whatever price they paid and 6 bucks, they are not going to handle any uncertainty ... That might be another opportunity to get in, but till then ...
