Hi guys, in answer to your question about the IPO being shelved.

NO, Why do you think the news release "infers" that the IPO is being shelved? That news release said nothing about $$$$$$ that the company needs to start operations, and thats where the IPO comes in! They will raise appox. $5M in the IPO, however, the reason we had not heard about the IPO lately is because they are waiting for a SIGNED CONTRACT with NESTLE. ONTRO currently has a "Letter of Intent" from Nestle. When the FULL SIGNED CONTRACT is consumated, then the IPO will be filed with the SEC. Its all in Nestle's corner now.

Anything that is packaged in a can and that needs to be heated in order to be consumed, is a market for ONTRO. The cans cost only a fraction more than regular cans. ONTRO self heating cans cost about .08 and regular cans cost .06. There are 185,000,000,000 cans of food (requiring heat to consume) produced every year in the U.S. Worldwide, the I don't have numbers, but I would assume the numbers are 2 or 3 times US.

Hope that helped
Regards
Juan
