08:14 ET JDS Uniphase (JDSU) 9.17: CSFB thinks Furukawa is likely to liquidate a portion of its 126 mln share JDSU position, which could keep stock under pressure in the near term. Furukawa may need the cash to pay for its acquisition of Lucent's Optical Fiber Solutions business. The position represents approx. 4.7 days of avg. trading volume.
