There are also some Democratic strongholds in the Dayton and Toledo areas, although, like with Cincinnati, the suburbs are much more strongly Republican. I don’t disagree with much of the state looking like Alabama. I think that holds for most states. The urban areas are mostly Democratic with the rural areas being more Republican. The suburbs, as here in Atlanta, may be changing. We will have to see what the trends are like the the next couple of elections. A lot may depend on how successful Biden/Harris are.
