This can't get any easier. This Court is NOT the Supreme Court. It's the republican court and it's 100% partisan. A weird conversation. We started talking about emoluments, as I recall, with sweeping judgments from you. I said it was more complicated but meant that as an indication I wasn't interested in continuing. You have now sent me a link to a Dershowitz article on the first impeachment process. I skimmed the Dershowitz piece and decided it makes it all another degree of complicated but, in general, I don't find his reasoning good in other cases I've checked on. If you want to believe judges are only knee jerk displays of their political party, there's nothing I can do about that. I'm only warning you that the world and this issue are seriously more complicated, many more shades of gray, than you expect.
