Earnings are out: go2net.newsalert.com pro-forma: (0.01) including restructuring charges: (0.06) From the balance sheet: Stockholders' equity is $116 mil, total liabilities and stockholders' equity is $157 mil. Intel paid about $180 mil. This is a rip-off. I think Zucko for some reason wants out. That's why he engineered this deal. I still don't know what is going to happen with those 1 mil. ISO shares, $4.35 each, which were registered with SEC in the end of September. Will anybody get them? Employees?
