If there are any owners of this stock left :-) what do you think of PARL's proposal 1 on the recent shareholder ballot to stagger board director terms? I understand that companies do this to prevent hostile takeovers. At this point I would welcome a takeover!! But is this proposal really in the best interests of the shareholders, or is PARL management just trying to protect their jobs? Any opinions welcome. Alan
