I sent you an Email where I tell you as much as I know (trying not to tell more than ... g) I dont deal directly, am using the well known DIRABA (urgh...you do remember dont you) bank, and, well, we do get by.

I stopped dreaming of going to Eurex (ie the european version of Chicago). For now. Re size of lots: I assume what you can buy is also what you can sell, IOW the prices are for lots. Which again does not say anything about the liquidity of the option.

And Stuttgart...I still think that Duesseldorf is bigger and will stay the biggest for some time to come. Ask your agent about the volumes at different candidate exchanges.
