Starting to look better.... Vitesse has $37.3M in cash currently. From recent settlements they will lose 3M due to the SEC settlement and gain 22.5M from today's KPMG settlement. They are supposed to gain some more from patent deals - we'll know when the ER comes out. They may end up with 60M+ in cash. The major problem remains the bond issue. Still, with the recent gains in cash they are more attractive than before as an acquisition target.
