Gist is that Clinton would like to use 'the moral advantage of his efforts' in reuniting Eli n with his father to pressure Cuba to allow emigration of relatives of those who have already left for Miami .... Cuba resists this, saying among other things that the fault for family separation lies with the 'deserters', and that those having the benefit of long years of education from the state owe something back to Cuba.

Here's another one where i agree with Clinton [there aren't many, btw]
