We should be hearing something very soon.The President of Atacama has recently returned from Chile and he was hoping for news within 2 weeks.This would mean news by the middle of next week.
The fertilizer stocks have been very strong lately.If a rising tide lifts all boats lets hope the Atacama ship gets lifted very soon!
