I dont agree with your logic, AOL is in an industry with enormous competition compared to that of Intel and Microsoft. Yes AOL will have a P/E of 6 when the stock is at fair value with a price under $ 10 a share. You said you have traded AOL for upside moves and made money each time, lucky you, but I think your luck will run out real soon. This company cant survive as is in the competitive on-line business, they just are not good, and with the number of people who have tried AOL and have dumped AOL for a local ISP, growing at a rate of probably 50% of the amount of new subscribers that AOL adds each month, how can you justify that they will continue to expand their subscriber base at a rate to remain profitable when many people rely on word-of-mouth when choosing an on-line service. Every time I see that damm AOL commercial on the TV I want to throw up , what a bunch of crap.
