I've spent some time on this one. It seems taht they have a solid business in software consulting - UNIX and VMS in particular. However, this arm of the business can not sustain growth such as the stock is now reflecting. The answer will have to come from their Y2000 product about which there is very little detail. My information is all hearsay: it says that they have a good product for year 2000 upgrades and data conversion. If so, how much earnings growth can that sustain. We need someone who understands the implications of that product. Anyone out there? Happy New Year to ALL. Allan
