"I see AMAT got a small downgrade a PT reduction to $200" Well, I see that AMAT has had an ongoing 52% price surge from ~$125 to ~$190 over the last 3 months -----> When one looks back over the last 10 years, we've seen AMAT move up and higher after previous price declines over 3 periods. Are we seeing that beginning to happen again for the 4th time ?
