Hi, DALE...I believe the importance of AOL/Bertelsman/WCOM is
gaining foothold in Europe. IBM just announced introduction of
NET COMMERCE and they estimate a $200 Billion market worldwide
for this year alone. With AOL's position and partnership with
major players is a big plus to its value, don't you think so.

Just my opinion, of course...good hunting...//db
