I read the filing and sold the remainder of my shares. Wish they were in my cash account vs. my IRA so I could get at least a bit of tax consideration for my losses. I still can't figure out the Bass family influx of money into AERN....however I thought in reading something about AERN that one of the 'players' the had the last name of Rainwater. I can't recall where I saw this. If I really did see this I wonder if the person is related to Richard Rainwater the guy who invested or invests for the Bass family. Anyone know? Larry
