Kash, Glad you enjoyed my whimsy. BTW, I also thought of a couple of other issues.
Probably need inspection stations. Bring in your PC once a year to make sure the PC isn't stolen, the PCID hasn't been tampered with and a check of EPA regulations, (still Green). ;-)
Of course the criminal/low-life element, (pornographers, con artists, etc.), will need to establish a black market of stolen PC's to avoid detection. Geez, if some one steals your lap-top, who do you report it to? Are you indemnified from illegal usage if it falls into the wrong hands?
