Read a lot of slap suits made by companies,
but haven't read of any actual litigation pursued,
or settlements/judgments awarded favorable to any of the
companies that have filed suit.

Has any such litigation been pursued,
or favorable settlements or judgments made
for the complainants?

What about any cease and desist orders issued?
