I had a choice to make two weeks ago when some $$$ became available in an IRA....average down ORCL or IOM. Of course I chose IOM in the 8s.

Was it hours or days later, I don't recall, but Larry E finally talked to the street and Oracle moved up about 7 points in 2 weeks.

Oh well, the story of my investing life. But aside from my personal tale, it sure makes one think about what a little "massaging" by a CEO can do to help a stock.
