Isn't the name of the game in a class action suit to sign up as many claimants as possible? If there are not enough people involved than it is not worthwhile for the lawyers to proceed. The ultimate size of the judgement or settlement will be determined by the size of the loss. Remember from the attorney's point of view it is all about receiving a significant percentage of the award. So if we forget about this and most of the other IOM shareholders forget about it, no suit. The bad news is .... damage already done today in a strong market. archcc
