AJ. I must ask you for the small favor of not attributing words present in links I may have posted (for their interest or topicality)...to me. They may or may not represent my beliefs. I do not agree or disagree with every word of a topical post I might link.

It muddies the waters when the words of others are put in my mouth. I have a big enough mouth to make my own statements, and you know it.

I have come to believe that the Catholic Ency. is your bible. You must not be surprised if I tell you that I find the Catholic Encyclopedia somewhat biased in favor of the Catholic religious views and dogmas. For that small reason, I don't honor it as an impartial and reliable source of history or commentary.
