Well, I've been actively watching this thread for a while, I am a market maker on the CBOE floor. After absorbing much of what was said here I placed a bullish bet on ABTI. My play was as follows: Bought 170 Aug. 10 calls at $3 Bought 50 Aug. 7 Puts and 50 Aug. 12 calls (Straddle) $ 1 3/4 Sold short 10200 shares at $11 I covered yesterday and today by repurchasing my short at 5 5/16 and purchasing 5000 shares to cover my puts (total of 15200) I really expected a positive report and this position was leaned to the long side. After everything I am a net winner of $9000. Gotta love options and risk management...... A lesson to all you gamblers... If your gonna take shots on risky issues, use options, calculate your break even points, and dont be a pig..... L8R Scott
