WFR ... Now you see it, or you don't.

Well folks, bearing in mind what I stated in Messages #463 and #475, and what one can see in the latest Annual Financial Results of WFR, I find "the Market's" reaction to this stock 'most odd', to say the least.

But that should give one a great buying opportunity .....

We see that Annual Turnover increased by 25%.

We see CoS/TO ratios have declined in the last 3 years from 62% to 51% to 44%.

We see that SG&A/TO ratios have also declined in the same period from 10% to 8.5% to 7.8%.

We see that EBITDA Margin has Increased from 28% to 41% to 48%.

We see that Pretax Profit/CE has Increased from 27% to 39% to 46%.

We see that Long Term Debt/Equity has declined, and concurrently so has debt expense.

We see EPS has increased from the previous years by 8% to 46% to 121%.

We also see similar increases in its Quarterlies.

We see that a 6 month forward price projection, based on a P/E of about 25, could see its price rise by at least 50%.

What is it that others currently don't see, cannot see, refuse to see, or whatever ?

When enough informed investors see what needs to be seen, then this stock's price will only go one way ... and IMO it won't be down.
