As with LNCE one of my top past picks for the SITT board. The SITT hypothetical target is doing the acquiring. Can lightning strike twice in the same place again? As with LNCE I'm holding on.

I do like this part.

Computer Task Group Acquires Paris-Based Soft Company

a provider of information technology services, said Thursday it has acquired Paris-based Soft Company, a consulting and engineering company with capabilities in both business and information systems, in an all-cash transaction valued at $16.5 million plus potential earn-out payments. The business will add approximately $30 million annualized revenue, and is expected to be immediately accretive to the company's operating margin and adjusted earnings.
