The following quote is from an idiot at the EU, Chris Patten. He has no clue that Arafat and the PLO don't want their own state living peacefully side by side with Israel. He has no clue that the Palestinian leaders deliberately keep the Palestinians living in misery so that they will be willing to blow up themselves and their children. Does the world really not know about Arafat's terrorist past?
