Dear JDN: All the controversy makes a difficult voting decision even more difficult. When the deal was initially announced I was against it. You might recall Rudedog's postings where he saw merit in the merger. This did make me _try_ to rethink things, somewhat difficult given how rabidly anti-HWP I am.

No phone calls yet? Maybe only individual shareholders with holdings above some minimum number of shares are being called. Groan.
