Report on my progress.
I did all the things suggested by you guys no avail.
In the evening I called the guy who fixed my computer 2 weeks ago( that was a big problem) he told me to go to windows update , it looks like I am missing some stuff. So I did downloaded some missing things and voila the System restore showed up, I restored, and than it vanished again, YES, it is gone again and with it now also the windows update, yes, just a blank, man, I am ready to reformat, this computer is jinxed badly.
It is running now, so , I let the beast sleep.
