This is old news. However, I had made a statement regarding the 8K that MSU filed back in May, but didn't have a link to that document that was free.

My only comments are that these shares have likely already impacted the market in MUCP already having likely been sold this summer.

However, my overiding opinion is that if MSU is still relying on Reg S in order to maintain daily operations, then the 10Q, when it arrives should be something to behold... :0|
