If you havent fixed your computer this is how you do it. If your toolbar or taskbar has moved to the top of your screen or side just point your mouse to an area next to or under the start button(on the toolbar though) and click and hold and you should be able to move the taskbar to any side you want. If you cant find a place to grab you made need to enlarge your taskbar so you can have a place to grab with your mouse. Just put you pointer on the edge of the taskbar until it becomes a double arrow and click and hold and move the bar out away from the side a couple of notches. Now go back and try to grab it around the start button again. This should do the trick.
