Etruscan and Novagold

I haven't seen a separate website for Novagold yet, but if you go to the Etruscan website and poke around, especially the corporate stuff, etc... you will find the reference to Novagold's 9% beneficial interest in Etruscan. I'll try to find the link to the exact page which has this stuff on it... A lot of the management people are supposed to be the same for both companies... Also, most of Etruscan's press releases mention NRI (Novagold's) 9% beneficial interest and Placer Dome's 19% interest in Etruscan (it's usually mentioned in the last couple of lines of the press releases). I think that most people haven't really noticed that there is any connection between the companies or they would have found NRI more interesting (but that ISN'T any kind of endorsement!!!).

Anyhow, if you don't know much about NRI, you might check them out... They have a lot of shares outstanding so aren't in Etruscan' league. However, they have some interesting projects of their own, etc... They have quite a lot of press releases in the Canadian Corporate News archives. Anyhow, I find them interesting... and I try to regard my NRI stock as some (very small) compensation for missing out on Etruscan... I started watching Etruscan over a year ago and should have bought in then... forgot about them for awhile and the rest is history...
One thing I might note,... (although I wouldn't want to encourage anyone to buy without doing their own research) -- there is some "interesting" and "unusual" trading going on around this stock lately. You might have a look at that too. Worth some digging around anyways.
