I have pointed out OBVIOUS faults in their plan and the market is saying I'm right, even the analysts agree, look at the recent downgrades.

You should get a life. If you think I caused any of this you are WRONG. Blame the guys in charge for their poor planning, arrogance, overpaying, dilution, etc.
